Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Computer go beep AB ("we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden, covering your use of Postjam at postjam.app. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to bind it.
How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
What Postjam does
Postjam produces short-form posts on a schedule. You set up an automation: a vertical video stitched from clips in your gallery, or a photo slideshow of images with text over them, each with a caption, hashtags and, if you choose, a song. Every run draws a fresh combination from the pools you filled, renders it, and either publishes it to the social accounts you connect or hands you the export to post yourself. It then reads back aggregate performance figures for those accounts and shows them to you.
An automation can also be started from a public post link. Postjam imports that post's slides or scenes, its text and its caption as a template for you to fill with your own material.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Postjam is built for businesses and professional creators, not for personal use by consumers.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. Anything done through your account is your responsibility. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe has been compromised.
Connecting social accounts
When you connect YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, a Facebook Page, or Threads, you confirm you own or are authorised to post to that account. You can disconnect at any time, from Postjam or from the platform itself. Disconnecting stops us publishing, but it does not retract anything already posted.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated. If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the change hits your renewal, and you can cancel before then.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use a paid plan straight away you ask us to begin the service within that window, and you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.
Unpaid invoices let us suspend the service until the balance is settled.
Your content and third-party source material
Your content includes the clips, screen recordings, images, music, text, captions, links, and other material you upload, import, submit, or use through Postjam, including material from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and other third-party services ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of what you own. You grant us and our service providers the rights needed to host, copy, process, adapt, render, and publish Your Content solely to provide Postjam as you direct. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for the material you choose to use and for the posts you create or publish with it. By using Your Content through Postjam, you represent and warrant that:
- You own it or have all rights, licences, permissions, releases, and consents needed for the ways you use it through Postjam and for us and our service providers to process it as described above.
- Your import, copying, adaptation, publication, and distribution of it do not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- If it includes another person's name, image, likeness, voice, or other identifying attributes, you have any permission or release required by law for that use.
- Your use complies with applicable law and the applicable terms and policies of any service from which you obtained it.
Features that let you import, download, reference, transform, or republish material from third-party services are tools for your convenience. The availability of such functionality does not mean that Postjam owns, licenses, endorses, or has verified your right to use that content. Postjam grants you no rights to third-party material; you must decide whether you have the rights needed for each use.
Our library
Postjam supplies a library of pictures and songs that an automation can draw from. You may use them only inside Postjam and only in the posts Postjam renders for you; you may not download them for use elsewhere or pass them on.
The songs come from TikTok's Commercial Music Library and are cleared by TikTok for commercial use on TikTok. Before you publish a post carrying one of them to another platform, make sure you have the rights to do so there.
Imported posts
Importing a post copies its slides or scenes, text, and caption into your workspace as a starting point. Only import material you may lawfully copy into your workspace. Importing it does not transfer any rights to you, and replacing it later does not excuse an unauthorised import. Do not republish someone else's post as your own.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material hosted by Postjam infringes your copyright, email g@computergobeep.org with:
- A description of the work you own and the material you believe infringes it, with a URL or other details that let us find the material in Postjam.
- Your name and contact details, and whether you own the work or are authorised to act for its owner.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law, and that the information in your complaint is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review the complaint and may remove or disable access to the material. Where appropriate, we will notify the user who provided it. If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake, reply to the notice or email the same address with the material's location, your contact details, an explanation of the mistake, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review your response and may restore the material where appropriate. We may suspend or close accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
If the material has already been published on another platform, you should also report it to that platform; we cannot remove posts from its service through this procedure.
Automated posting
Postjam publishes without you watching. Roll an automation until every combination reads right before you schedule it, because you decide what goes out under your name, and a post that leaves your account is yours.
Where you set an automation to rewrite its text lines, a third-party language model writes the variations. It can be wrong, flat, or unsuitable. Review what it produces the same way you review the rest.
Acceptable use
Do not use Postjam to:
- Post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
- Impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent who is behind an account.
- Publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
- Run bulk spam, engagement farming, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour across accounts.
- Break the rules of any platform you connect.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Platform rules and account risk
You are responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you publish to, and those terms are theirs to change without telling us. Automated posting carries inherent risk: platforms can and do restrict, suspend, or remove accounts at their own discretion, and their decisions are outside our control.
We build Postjam to work within the publishing APIs each platform provides and the permissions you grant. We cannot guarantee that any platform will accept your content, keep it up, or leave your account in good standing, and we are not liable for any suspension, restriction, reach limitation, or removal.
Availability
We aim to keep Postjam running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, take the service down for maintenance, or discontinue parts of it. Where a change is significant and you are on a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
Rendering, imports and text rewriting depend on third-party providers. If one of them fails or changes its API, parts of the service may stop working until we adapt.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that exposes us or another user to legal risk. Serious cases may be immediate; otherwise we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem where it is reasonable to do so.
When the agreement ends, your right to use Postjam stops. We will delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close the account.
Disclaimers
Postjam is provided as it is. Beyond what these terms say and what Swedish law requires, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing here promises a business result. We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, reach, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Indemnity
You will cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms — including a claim that something you published infringes someone's rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you directly and, for paid plans, before it takes effect at your next renewal. Continuing to use Postjam after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
Swedish law governs these terms, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
